On the second day of Navaratri we honor Goddess Brahmacharini – the embodiment of tapas, spiritual practice, and unwavering determination.
Day 2 – Tue, Sept 23 Brahmacharini
Color: Red / White
Focus: Brahmacharini embodies devotion, discipline, and tapas (spiritual effort). The day emphasizes cultivating discipline and inner strength, affirming tapas and concentration.
Daily Mantra: Om Devyai Brahmacāriṇyai Namaḥ
Ceremonies:
Morning: 07:05–08:35 Brahmacharini pūjā with Guru and Gaṇeśa pūjā, and Śiva abhiṣeka
Midday: 12:47–13:36 Abhijit homa (Śiva homa, focused on tapas and discipline)
Evening: 19:10–20:40 Brahmacharini yagya

You can take part either on-site or online. Participation is based on a donation, with a suggested amount shown below. Upon registration, participants will receive ceremony details and the online access link for morning, midday and evening ceremonies.
